The location of this place was perfect, being near both the train station and the town center, as well as within a reasonable distance to the cathedral.

Comfortable and excellent location, extremely close to Theatre Aachen. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Units with free wifi. Had overall nice a minibar, central heating, and a work desk

Super friendly and helpful staff here! the location is great, especially if you're into checking out the Christmas market. Need a caffeine fix? Head to Vapiano nearby for tea or coffee. They've got a nice variety for breakfast, from fruits to meats 🍳.

Convenient location next to the train station and city center, with the Christmas market nearby at the DOM. the staff here are pretty decent all around. Always have a good stay here, it's a reliable spot! 🌟

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Aachen. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel suited me perfectly as it was close to the city center and the train station. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with attention given to little design details. The breakfast provided in the entrance to the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and well-presented. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

There was nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

We had a late check-in and the receptionist kindly waited for us. We were kinda surprised to find complimentary fruit and sparkling water in our room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were pretty good in accommodating our strange schedule. They even came back after their shift ended to let us retrieve our suitcase. we had a great stay at Bensons Hotel. I highly recommend it.
